The Felt / any product is provided "As is" and "As available." Woollen Textile Industries hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Provider does not warrant that the Felt / any product will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Felt / any product remains solely with the buyer. No Warranty , No Guarantee , No Return and No Replacement.

Before Shipping All our products are generally checked for any major defects in quality. Material are made under our normal manufacturing tolerances and quality control procedures.

Our felt products are not warranted for any specific length of time or duration, measure of service, or suitability or machinable use. The Quality of Wool and its color will differ from every sheet to sheet , batch to batch , piece to piece. Woollen Textile Industries hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

All previous communications, whether in the form of recommendations or otherwise, are effective only to the extent explicitly stated herein. Our recommendations are merely our opinion and best judgment and do not constitute a warranty.

Woollen Textile Industries is under no circumstances responsible for loss of profit, damage to goodwill or any other form of resulting damage including machine and accident thereto.

If any defect is found in product the buyer must in writing inform to us Woollen Textile Industries within seven (7) days after delivery of the product.
