The price of goods will given by us in writing and full quantity order must be placed or else price confirmation must be made if quantity is changed.

Any federal, provincial or other governmental taxes, additional fee, duty or charge on or with respect to the sale, purchase, delivery or use of the goods will be paid by the buyer in addition to the purchase price. In the event that certain goods are subject to international export control regulations, the buyer will be responsible for compliance with such regulations in connection with the export of goods to end users.

Any dispute must be settled in India under Kolkata Jurisdiction only.

Goods will be packaged in accordance with our standard procedures, except as otherwise requested by the buyer and accepted by the seller ( us ).

The method of shipment will be specified in Offer / Proforma Invoice.

All goods offered Ex Godown / factory / FOB point of shipment (the “delivery point”), and possession and risk of loss in such goods will pass to buyer upon seller’s delivery to the carrier (as appointed by the buyer) at the delivery point. Insurance must be arranged by Buyer at their own cost.
